N3XT LEVEL Contract Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a driven, results-oriented business development hunter to grow our presence in the data center and hyperscale cooling market.
This role is focused on creating opportunities, opening doors, and closing complex technical manufacturing deals. You will own the full sales cycle—from first outreach through signed contract.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and close new manufacturing opportunities across data center operators, hyperscale infrastructure providers, thermal companies and OEMs.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, and industry engagement
- Drive momentum through long, technical sales cycles
- Partner internally with engineering, operations, and supply chain to support bids and proposals
- Represent N3XT LEVEL at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hunter-style outside sales experience
- Proven success selling contract manufacturing or technical industrial solutions
- Experience in data centers, cooling/HVAC, and manufacturing.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, complex buying groups, and consultative selling
- Resilient and Competitive.
Location & Travel
- Remote role with travel to support key customer engagements and critical deal stages
